About Aaroogya Research & Public Health Fellowship

The Aaroogya Research & Public Health Fellowship (ARPHF) is an immersive 6-month program for young professionals motivated to make an impact. Fellows work on scalable and sustainable development projects in the field of public health and research for preventive healthcare.
ARPHF is creating a pool of future leaders and nurture the talented change makers for social innovation and public health in India.


Fellows will be trained on-ground and off-ground through skill training, and capacity-building.
On-ground activities will include primary research, data analysis, and marketing.
The fellows will be experiencing training sessions by globally renowned mentors and training for skill development and capacity building for crating impact an impact, globally. Each Fellow is paired with a project supervisor and staff member for support throughout the project. During the selection process, we take note of the skill sets and career aspirations of potential Fellows to match them with set notion of prerequisites.
